Find A Test

Select test(s) online, add to your shopping cart and process your order. Once your order is placed and completed, a lab requisition form will be sent to you by email, fax or regular mail. In your lab requisition will be a list of the closest lab locations to the zip code you provided and picked. Instructions on how to prepare for your test can be found in test description and additional detail information. Any products added to your online cart will remain there until you remove them, or check them out.

Walk Into Lab
Once you receive your requisition via email, fax or regular mail, just take it with you to the lab location of your choice. You do not need an appointment. All lab locations are on a first come, first serve basis. However, it’s a good idea to call the lab ahead of time to find out about their times.

Most Results are typically available within 24-48 hours following your lab visit depending on the tests chosen. Once your results are ready you will receive confirmation either by email or phone. Then you either login to see them, we can fax them, or send them to you by mail. Results of your lab works will be uploaded into your profile “My ResultsRecord”. And you can also view and download your reports online at any time.
